My experience with Ubisoft service has been pretty good, but then I know better than to expect immediate response during a holiday. If you want real customer service, accept the fact it may take some time. to.? What group? You need to do a detailed impact analysis anyway, and the only other alternative is handling each request on its own, which a skeleton crew can't do either. What's a skeleton crew going to do? Send an automated email. Realistic expectations go a long way and you have no idea who was affected by this, the numbers involved or the cause of the problem. After all, you did want to play this content right? Now you're saying your own impatience denies you the opportunity to do so. Then you need to adjust your expectations, anything else is simply your loss. Seems like the issue isn't isolated to Anno either. Many threads&posts over at their forums, and lots of complaints at the Uplay reddit. Anyway, tickets were submitted using their support system, and now up to 8-9 days later for some, we still haven't heard from Ubisoft. Well, technically the cash were reserved on our cards, so hopefully the funds will be released back to us automatically. Trouble is that our credit cards were charged every time. This lead to many trying a second time, thinking they filled out the CC info wrong, but the same thing would occur again. No other explanation of what happened, or what the issue was. After filling out the CC form and clicking buy, we got a "404 page not found", no download available and no entry in the order history. But due to an unknown issue, the purchase transaction failed. The Anno 1800 game, was just released, and many had hoped to be able to play the game during Easter break. Before Easter break, many customers, myself included, experienced problems trying to buy games on Uplay. Just wanted to warn the forum users of a pending issue with the Uplay store.
